the location is advantageous, near victoria station and various restaurants.
the plumbing proved problematic (i arrived early from my flight), with inconsistent water temperature in the shower, fluctuating from scalding hot to cold. despite reporting this to the manager, the issue remained unresolved, and a refund was denied.

The location was pretty central. It was close to victoria stations.
The noise was really frustrating. I heard cars, bikes, and other guests talking loudly. i also heard doors banging and people walking above me, it was really disruptive. the plumbing clearly needs an upgrade because the shower temperature fluctuated wildly.

the location was perfect for my needs. the staff was cute and always ready to assist. my room included a tea kettle with coffee chocolate and tea it also offered complimentary toiletries. i especially appreciated the luggage storage service on my departure day
the room i stayed in did not have air conditioning so i felt a bit warm at times

the staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay they promptly addressed my requests and always had a smile this really improved my overall experience at the hotel.

my room had a tv and a tea kettle complete with coffee chocolate and tea options i also found that there were complimentary toiletries which added convenience i appreciated the quiet atmosphere despite being close to a busy area.

there are several restaurants and pubs within a short walk it makes finding a place to eat quite easy additionally a sainsbury's supermarket is nearby it provides more options for snacks and meals.

The staff was friendly and always ready to assist with directions or recommendations. I had a room with coffee and tea facilities, great. The hotel clearly encourages stair use with motivational signs, which I appreciated. The location is convenient, just a short walk from Victoria Station (this made getting around easy).
The room was a bit small, but acceptable for a short stay.
